Need help with an InkZero download, a printer reading or a reset license? Send the details of the problem to our support email. Clear model and error information helps distinguish an application issue from a printer condition that needs servicing.
What to include in your message
- The exact Epson model shown on the printer and the model detected by InkZero.
- Your InkZero version, Windows system details and whether the printer is connected directly by USB.
- The exact error text, when it appeared and what action you were performing.
- For a reading problem, the exported reading if available. Review the file before sending it.
- For a purchase or activation question, your order reference and the message shown by the app. Do not include payment card details or passwords.
Before buying a reset key
Look up your model in the compatibility catalog, download InkZero and try a free counter reading. If the model is not listed, do not buy a key for it. A successful software reading does not replace physical inspection or servicing of waste ink pads.
If the printer has flashing lights, check the exact message first. The warning light guide explains why the blinking pattern and model matter. Hardware servicing should follow the printer manufacturer’s instructions.
Reset keys and lifetime activation
A single-use key authorizes one reset operation and is consumed when authorization is issued. The five-key pack contains five separate keys. If a reset is interrupted, follow the app’s recovery guidance and provide the error details before starting repeated attempts.
A lifetime license activates on one computer and allows unlimited online resets from that installation. It is nontransferable: it cannot be unbound or replaced for another PC.
